We will be open regular hours noon-5:30pm Wed-Sun, during the National Sprint Car Championships (Aug. 5-15) and until Sunday, August 24.
Closed for a private event August 20, 4:00-5:30pm.
Closed Sunday, Aug.25 to Wed., Sept. 2, 2026.
Seasonal Hours Begin in September
After Labor Day weekend (Sept. 7), we begin off-season hours and will be open by appointment / reservation only. Seasonal hours do not affect our Harvest Hosts or RVO camping guests, book club, or writers workshop. Request appointment in advance (up to same day) by texting 641-891-2469 or email send an email.
Harvest September 2026
Our Norton grapes will be ready to harvest in September, exact date TBD. Contact us if you can assist. This would be a paid role per day (one or two days of work). Must be able to lift up to 30-lbs, use a garden-style clipper, and be able to start at sunrise working to early/mid-afternoon.

We offer Wine Tastings, Wine by the glass or bottle of Iowa wine produced onsite. Mike and Joann offer winery space for many kinds of creative events. We encourage visual artists to display their work for sale. Writers are invited to Marion County Writers Workshop, held weekly on Thursdays. Local authors can sell books. Performers can use our stage for music, storytelling, and comedy. Monthly book club is 4rth Tuesday of the month.
